Executive & Faculty Positions Open for Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies and its three institutes at Rajiv Knowledge Valley (Idupulapaya), Nuzvid and Basar

The AP Government has established Rajiv Gandhi University of knowledge Technologies in 2008 to cater to the educational needs of the gifted rural youth.

The goal of Rajiv Gandhi University is to endow each student with an inquiring mind and a thirst for knowledge, based on the maxim "Learning to learn, Learning to think and Learning to live".

Around 6500 students have joined the University in three campuses in August of 2008 from all the Mandals of AP based on the Local Best selection criteria.

The University welcomes applications from Indian nationals who are exceptionally bright and motivated with an established record of independent, high quality research and commitment to teaching for position(s) of:

Vice Chancellor of the University

The prospective candidates must have

• A doctoral degree preferable in topics related to Engineering & Science.
• National and/or International recognition such as membership of the national academies desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a university or a higher education institute of the level of university.

Salary and perks as applicable to the Vice Chancellor under UGC scales.

Director of the Institute at Rajiv Knowledge Valley (Idupulapaya) and Nuzvid

The prospective candidates must

• Be a distinguished academician with doctoral degree preferably in topics related to Engineering & Science
• National recognition such as membership of the national academies desirable
• Administrative experience desirable

Salary and perks as applicable to the Pro Vice Chancellor under UGC scales.
