The prescribed application forms along with other details can be had from the Registrar, Sri Krishnadevaraya University, Anantapur-515 003 (A.P) either in person or by sending a crossed Andhra Bank Demand Draft payable at Andhra Bank, S.K.University Branch, Anantapur for Rs. 50/- drawn not earlier than 26-2-2007 in favour of Registrar, Sri Krishnadevaraya University, Anantapur along with a self addressed envelop (20X30) affixing stamps worth of Rs.35-00.
