1. Professor: 1 Post - Department of Business Law

Qualification:

• A Master's Degree in Business Law / International Law / Intellectual Property Rights Law / Environmental Law / Criminal Law with 55% of marks,
• Ph.D Degree in Law in the above mentioned specializations (or) an eminent scholar with published work of high quality,
• 10 years of experience in Post-graduate teaching in Law and as made some measure in the area of Business Law / International Law / Intellectual Property Rights Law / Environmental Law / Criminal Law as evidenced by Publication in Journals of repute and papers presented in Seminar, Workshops etc.

Retired Professors in the Law of contracts who have not completed the age of 65 years may also apply and if appointed shall be governed by U.G.C.'s norms.

2. Reader: 5 Posts for the following

Departments

• Business Law
• International Law
• Intellectual, Property Rights Law
• Environmental Law
• Criminal Law

Qualification:

• A Master's Degree in Business Law / International Law / Intellectual Property Rights Law / Environmental Law / Criminal Law with 55% of marks,
• Ph.D Degree in Law in the above mentioned specializations (or) an eminent scholar with published work of high quality,
• 5 Years Of Experience Of Teaching And / Or Research Excluding The Period Spent For Obtaining The Research Degree And Has Made Some Mark In The Area Of Business Law / International Law / Intellectual Property, Rights Law / Environmental Law / Criminal Law As Evidenced By Quality Of Publications, Contribution To Educational Innovation, Design Or New Courses And Curricula.

Scale of Pay: 12000-420-18300

3. Lecturer: 2 Posts-Department of Criminal Law-GT-1, SC-1

Qualification:

• A Master's Degree in Criminal Law with 55% of marks,
• Pass in NET/SLET/M.Phil. in concerned subject/Ph.D.

Scale of Pay: 8000-275-13500

Relaxation for the above posts:

• Relaxation up to 50% marks will be given for the SC / ST categories,
• 55% of marks will not be insisted in respect of existing incumbents ; serving in the University/Department of Law/Law Colleges on full time basis,
• Applications from candidates in service will be considered only if received through proper channel.

The prescribed application form along with other details can be had either in person or by post by sending a demand draft for a sum of Rs.200/-(Rupees Two Hundred only) in person or Rs.250/- (Rupees Two Hundred and Fifty only) by Post, drawn in favour of The Registrar.
