The applicants must have either already excelled or have potential to excel in teaching and research in their respective subject areas.

The duly filled in Application Form, complete in all respect along with a demand draft of Rs.200/- (Rupees two hundred only), (Rs.100/- for SC/ ST candidates) drawn in favour of "The Registrar, University of Allahabad" obtained from any Nationalized Bank payable at Allahabad, must reach on or before April 21, 2008.

Reservation shall be as per Govt, of India Rules. 3% post shall be reserved for PH (1% each for OH, HI, VH) category. Candidate belonging to this category are encouraged to apply for any of the posts in this advertisement. Depending on the availability of the suitable candidates post would be reserved for PH category.
