Specialization: Ph.D. with 1st class degree at Bachelor or Master level in any area of Electronics / Physics / Mathematics / Electrical Engineering / Electronics Engineering / Computer Science Communication Engineering / Computer Engineering / Operations Research /Statistics

Provided that candidate’s work related significantly with some aspect of Information Technology through any of the above areas.
